What about pregnancy?
The short answer
Rheumatologists agree pregnancy is not discouraged in spondyloarthritis and that the disease often behaves during it. The gap is information: women report high worry about flares and uncertainty about biologics and delivery, and only a quarter of rheumatologists surveyed knew the pregnancy guidelines. The practical step is planning the conversation before conception, with someone who knows the drug-specific guidance.
