Changelog

What’s been added and when. One entry per material change.

  1. Start here, and the map by question

A short orientation page for anyone newly diagnosed, and a second way into the research map: fourteen questions people actually ask, each with a plain answer and the papers behind it. The map itself grew from 22 to 78 papers after the first tracker run was reviewed.

  2. Literature tracker and maintenance

A monthly search of PubMed, CrossRef and bioRxiv now feeds new AS papers into the editor's review queue. Nothing reaches the map without a human reading it first. Security patches applied across the site's dependencies, and the plain-English draft summaries, which had stopped quietly when a model was retired, are working again. A ninth thread, Treatment Response and Outcomes, for the registry and long-term papers that had no mechanism to sit under.

  3. Pre-launch polish

Copy cleanup across the site. The dashboard filter bar was removed until there are enough responses for it to be useful without exposing anyone.

  4. Community tips, subscribe, and the editor queue

Community tips page with one-tap upvotes. A subscribe form with unsubscribe-by-link. The editor queue for contributed papers, with magic-link sign-in and email replies. Privacy audit, security headers, and an append-only audit log of every editorial decision.

  5. Patient registry and dashboard

The anonymous patient form (sections 1 to 4) and the live dashboard. Any slice with fewer than five people is hidden at the API, not just on screen. The only identifier stored is the removal code shown on the thank-you screen.

  6. Real research data

22 papers across 8 mechanistic threads, each with a two-sentence plain-English summary and a note on why it matters. Thread pages explain why each thread exists.

  7. Research map version 1

The research board, thread pages, paper detail pages, and a resource directory. Public contribution form so anyone can suggest a paper.

  8. Brand and visual language

Logo, colour palette, type. Slate primary, coral for editorial accent, mint for donations only. Privacy page with the full architecture write-up and the removal mechanism explained.
